Graduates may find employment in fields such as:

  • companies engaged in food and wine preparation;
  • agricultural, touristic and catering organisations, specifically in the department of raw materials;
  • agricultural, distribution, touristic and catering companies, focusing on developing new products and services;
  • “Made in Italy” companies working in food and wine production, catering and hospitality, specialising in communication, promotion and marketing of food products both in Italy and abroad, but also with the e-commerce aspect in mind;
  • gastronomy institutions involved in education, training, communication as well as food critics;
  • professional websites dealing with the enhancement and protection of the quality and production processes, also involved in territorial development and in experiential tourism.
